How to order tax free

Same steps for exempt organizations and resale accounts.

  1. Click Sign in at the top of the site and enter the email on your exemption.
  2. We email you a 6-digit code. There is no password and nothing to sign up for.
  3. Shop and check out as usual. Tax will show $0.

Tax only comes off when you are signed in. A guest checkout is charged tax, even with the same email typed in. Tax paid before your account is marked exempt is not refunded.
